Innovation in the heart of the house: In December 2017, the French Magazine Maison&Travaux held the first edition of its Innovation Awards in Paris. The composite marble panel named Carrelagi of the company I.déel won the "Coup de Coeur" award from a jury of journalists and interior design professionals.
Launched in France only a few months ago, Carrelagi has already made a name for itself among decoration professionals. Carrelagi is a wall covering composed of recycled marble and vinyl powder. Smooth or textured, it is installed on any support, in new buildings or renovation projects. It is made from Novaplak®, produced in France by Novafloor (www.novafloor.net).
Novafloor is an associated member of Vinyl Films and Sheets Europe and a partner of VinylPlus®, the new ten-year voluntary commitment program of the European PVC industry for sustainable development. (www.vinylplus.eu).
Combining aesthetics, functionality and ease as well as speed of installation, Carrelagi is the ideal ally of handymen for express redecorations and is distributed in all major hardware stores.
Novaplak® has been manufactured in France for 15 years. At first exclusively used for great building projects the Middle East (the towers of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, bridges, villas, hotels, etc.), it is now also available in France. The material is available in multiple applications and can be used in different shapes, thicknesses, formats, colours and finished products in decoration, construction and exterior design
